Merlin Refund Policy
At Merlin, we stand behind the quality and value of our subscription-based service. We offer flexible subscription plans of a week, month, or year to meet your needs. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with Merlin AI, we provide a generous refund policy as outlined below:
- 1. Low Usage Refund
- - If after subscribing to any of our plans, you feel Merlin AI is not meeting your expectations and your usage is minimal (close to zero), we will issue a full refund of your subscription fee, minus any transaction fees incurred.
- - To qualify for a low usage refund, please contact our customer support team within the first quarter of your subscription period (within the first 2 days of a weekly plan, 7 days of a monthly plan, or 3 months of an annual plan).
- 2. Annual Plan Refund
- - If you have subscribed to our annual plan and decide to cancel your subscription early, we will refund the remaining unused months on a prorated basis.
- - The refund will be calculated by converting your annual plan to monthly pricing and refunding the difference for the unused months, minus any transaction fees.
- - Refund = (Annual fee paid - (Monthly fee x Months used)) - Transaction fees
- 3. Refund Processing
- - All refund requests must be submitted to our customer support team in writing, clearly stating the reason for the refund request.
- - Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited back to the original payment method used for the subscription.
- - Transaction fees charged by payment processors are non-refundable.
